• Are refund, returns, or exchanges allowed?

    As a small business, we currently do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. We understand this might be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As we continue to grow, our goal is to implement a more flexible exchange and return policy in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to improving our services.

  • Can I change my address after I made an order?

    When an order is made, you can only change the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once the order is shipped we cannot change your address. If an address is not found, we will email the customer to ask for a new address before it has shipped. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure the correct address is given.

  • Why are certain items shipped separately?

    Hoodies/Crewnecks and Baby Tees will be shipped separately because they are made from different manufacturers.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment we only ship in the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK. We hope to expand our shipping in the near future!

  • Can I change my size after I made an order?

    A size can only be changed if the order has not started production yet. Once the order is in production we cannot change the size. Please review your correct size on our size guide.
