Can I change my address after I made an order?

It is the customers responsibility to input the correct address. Once the order is created we cannot change your address. If an address is not found, we will email the customer to ask for a new address before it has shipped. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure the correct address is given.

Can I change my size after I made an order?

A size can only be changed if the order has not started production yet. Once the order is in production we cannot change the size. Please review your correct size on our size guide.

Why are certain items shipped separately?

Hoodies, Crewnecks, Stickers, Baby Tees, and the Summer 2025 Collection will be shipped separately because they are made from different manufacturers.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What are your delivery estimates?

Summer 2025 Collection:

  • Standard: 5 to 8 business days
  • Express: 1 to 4 business days
  • International Standard: 10 to 20 business days

All Other Products:

  • Economy: 5 to 8 business days
  • International Economy: 6 to 18 business days

(hoodies may take longer to ship)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!!

Where is my package?

If your package hasn’t arrived or seems to be missing, please reach out directly to the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email. They’ll be able to give you the most accurate updates and help with locating your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

At this time, we only offer exchanges and store credit for items from our Summer 2025 Collection. All other collections remain final sale as we continue to grow and refine our small business. Items from the Summer 2025 Collection must be returned new, unwashed, unused, and in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. If you choose store credit, it will be valid for one year. We don’t charge restocking fees, but non-compliant items will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at graceyjeansofficial@gmail.com with your order number and whether you’d like an exchange or store credit. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address along with detailed instructions. Please make sure to include your name and order number inside the package so we can process it smoothly. Kindly note that all shipping costs, including sending the item back to us and shipping any replacement items, are the responsibility of the customer. For store credit, you’ll receive the value of your order minus the original shipping cost.

What if I have an international return?

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs. Please note that duties, taxes, and fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
